First time here. Quick friendly service, good chicken pho and vegetable spring rolls. Best broth I've had around here. Nice sizes serving. Good veggie spring rolls to go along with the pho. I come back for more noodles.

A very nice menu of Vietnamese specialties, especially Pho's and Bahn Mi's. Also, some Chinese Style Noodle and Rice dishes. The location is kind of remote, across from Hoag Hospital. Very hospitable owner. Very large portions for very reasonable prices. No alcohol served at present time.

My previous experiences with Vietnamese food had given me the impression that everything comes overly salty. At this establishment I didn't find this to be the case. I was also surprised by the combination of cold and hot elements in my vermicelli noodle dish selection for my lunch main course. It worked well and was very tasty and enjoyable. Definitely... More

This bistro is easy to be missed. From the street, Lotus Bistro is not appealing since it is located underneath a Thai massage place. However, behind the doors, Lotus Bistro offers a very cozy, nice and clean atmosphere with Asian-theme decorations artfully displaced throughout the restaurant. Lotus Bistro offers varieties of Vietnamese dishes from pho bo (beef noodle), vermicelli, baguettes,... More

Came across the Lotus Bistro unexpectly and just decided to stop for lunch. The food was very nice, spring rolls and Pho Bo, my favourite! The staff were very helpful and it was very pleasant all round. Will certainly visit again.

Really delicious everything. Fourth time here while traveling for work and it doesn't disappoint. The Pho is relatively inexpensive and the spring rolls are perfect balanced and delicious (the dipping sauce they make for it is killer). Overall the ambiance isn't romantic but what the bistro lacks in setting it overcomes in the quality of the food and the friendliness... More

We ordered five dishes via Grubhub. The food varied from okay to disappointing. The lemon chicken was half of a very dry "broasted" bird - chewy, not moist. The best of the lot was twice shaken beef, presumed to consist of filet mignon and tasty enough, but seemed more like mainstream beef and broccoli. The chicken salad was bland, with... More

I've been to 6 different Vietnamese restaurants in Southern California and THIS IS THE BEST ONE I HAVE BEEN TO!! The soup (Pho) broth was terrific and was served with PLENTY of fresh basil and bean sprouts. The Vietnamese style sandwich was wonderful, and our children LOVED the fried rice. Easy to find and there is plenty of free parking.... More

Enjoyed a pork Banh Mi and a Pho Ga here. Very delicious soup, and sandwich. Easy going, casual atmosphere, with friendly and capable staff. The food came out quickly, and really there were just no complaints for us.

Loved the Pho! BIG portion. Next time I'll get the small. The banh mi was great, too. The baguette was very fresh as was everything else. Excellent service as well. We were made to feel welcome and were very well cared for. The owner came out and made the rounds talking to the guests, which is a plus. You don't... More
