For your first taste of authentic food from the 3rd country south of the US, El Salvador, I recommend trying newly opened Mamayita's. Located adjacent to northbound Perris Blvd in the NE quadrant of the busy Alessandro-Perris intersection, this neat, tidy and friendly restaurant welcomes a growing clientele from all ethnic groups.
