This is a elephant themed restaurant. Plenty of elephants to go around! Food was really good. Yellow curry was spicy enough and taste great.

Is it amazing? No. It's a small eatery with simple Thai. The pad Thai was good. The soup had a broth not like others I've had. The yellow curry also a different flavor. The staff were nice. I'm not doing cartwheels. It was priced fair...More
This was within walking distance of my hotel and I'm a big fan of Thai food. When they ask level of spicy on a scale of 1 - 5 veer on the side of caution unless you really like spicy hot foods. I said 3...More
I personally judge a Thai restaurant by its Tom Yum soup. This one was exceptionally disappointing. The broth was thin, too vinegary, and nothing like I'm used to. Too many vegetables. Also, no coconut milk. I also tried the papaya salad (too vinegary, not crispy),...More

I had planned to eat in; however, the wait was too long for my schedule. I ordered my food to go. Nice selection on menu. Would have gone back a second day; however, they are closed on Tuesdays.

My husband and I (both vegans) thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. I had the ginger tofu, my husband, the mosaman tofu - both were delicious. The atmosphere was soothing and the staff very helpful.
Ate here several times while visiting Monterey and we enjoyed every mouthful. The food was superb, the place had a great ambience and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend.
Enjoyed our visit to KRUA; a nice small restaurant that was full for a week day lunch. I had the special shrimp satay skewers, very tasty. A nice Thai beer to go with it made a great lunch.
