The burgers and fries are okay but my friends and I still aren't sure what all the hype is about. There isn't a big selection on the menu, the food is good but nothing special, yet all locations are very busy. Must be a local thing or something.

Okay, I am definitely not a hamburger person. But the burger and fries were on point. I scarfed that burger down before I was even out of the parking lot. I don't know what it is about those fries, but ummmmm ummm good. Lot of young adults working there. They seem to enjoy their job. They had those assembly lines... More

Good burgers. Really good burgers. Good burgers before all those specialty burger places like Five Guys started springing up. But this particular In-N-Out is always packed, regardless of hours, with line reaching all the way to the door and the drive-in line half way cross the parking lot blocking traffic. They should follow the Starbucks model and open up another... More

One of the worst meals I've eaten, not even quick to receive. Fries tasted worse than cardboard. Tiny bit of beef in the burger. Avoid at all costs.

The location is fairly close to the airport and was quite busy. It's a free standing building located in a busy strip mall. We went there at 1:30 in the afternoon and had difficulty parking. There weren't too many places to eat indoors, but the service was quick and the food on par with the other franchises. The food is... More

This was the first meal we had after landing in CA. I was really looking forward to it, having heard for years how all other burger chains paled in comparison to In-N-Out. Maybe I had built it up too much in my mind, but it was truly just an average burger. Good, for certain, but not the best I've had,... More

Heard so much about this place. Living on the east coast, I had never eaten at one. Ended up eating there a couple of times throughout my trip. While it was okay and reasonably priced, I prefer Five Guys that we have in the southeast.

After all of the fuss, we finally went. There seems to be a constant line. They make the burgers and fries fresh. No frozen fries here. The burgers made to order. If you eat in, they wrapped the burgers in paper so that you can pick it up and hold the burger without it falling apart. You can also get... More

In-N-Out Burger is fantastic at what they do. Very good Burgers, Fries, and Shakes. Basic Americana. In a Fifties Vibe and setting. The burgers are tasty and moist. No frills. Nice staff.
