I have stopped by a few times. Nothing surprising. Mixed culture but a misfit on Venice Beach. Worth a try but not a must go-to place.

A local spot on Washington Blvd. Been coming here since it opened before the restaurant row got so trendy. Le Cellier is small. Our favorite on the menu is the Mekong Delta fish. Hiep's story is particularly interesting.

We enjoyed a recent dinner at this fusion restaurant. It was fun to start off with several small plates, including a garlic bread stuffed with a spinach artichoke filling, lettuce wrapped crepes, shrimp summer rolls and a crab cake. For dinner I had a bowl...More

Was expecting a much better experience based on the other high reviews. Not at all our experience. The waitress started out being pushy about ordering appetizers, wine, etc, then had to be reminded several times to bring items asked for. NEVER refilled drinks without being...More

This little place has a nice vibe and good food. Happy Hour seems to be ongoing, but I was disappointed that the HH menu only listed generic varieties of wine (“cabernet sauvignon”, etc.). I like to know the vineyard/country of origin and it would have...More

Love the selection of small plates. Everything is good and only problem is making a choice. And then it's necessary to have some of their Pho too, of course. Service is friendly and helpful. Don't live in the area so we only go there a...More

We were seven, family reunion over Christmas week involving some picky eaters and a gourmand. We picked this at random from nearby our rentals and showed up without a reservation. From the start we felt transported to an exceptional evening. The maitre'd's suggestions were all...More

French Vietnamese cuisine and delicious. We had a delightful waitress from Brazil who could not have been more pleasant or helpful. A very enjoyable meal and we can thoroughly recommend it.

We live in the area and we decided to try this restaurant after being open for 2/3 years (many restaurant were there and none of them stay open very long). Le cellier is an american/bistro/gastropub/Vietnamese/wine/microbrewery/.....so pretty hard to know exactly what they are. In short...More

Venice
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the
epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along
the boardwalk there are street performers and local
craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings,
souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of
visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting
enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders
do their tricks around the skate park. All of it
