Or the tuna ceviche. Try us much as you are able to eat. Everything we had was simply magnificent. The frozen carpirinha is of course a must too. And the dessert menu has to be chocolate haven. Higly recommended!

(This review is just about SAAM) Yes. Really, I could end my review here, and we can get on with our day. But Yelp probably wants me to say more. SAAM is located inside The Bazaar, which is located inside the SLS Beverly Hills. SAAM is a world apart from The Bazaar. The Bazaar is public, loud, brash, and busy,... More

It was my night to select the restaurant for our family trip and I decided on the Baxaar by Jose Andres. I don't think I will ever hear the end of it from my husband and adult children. We entered a few minutes before our reservation and were told to sit at the bar because they couldn't seat us till... More

Often times restaurants with an amazing atmosphere tend to slack a bit on the food itself, or vice versa. Bazaar delivers on both fronts. The drinks and tapas are creative, beautifully presented, and delicious. One special feature of the Beverly Hills location is the desert room, which entails a second sitting in a different room. It is like something out... More

Saam rates among the best restaurant experiences of our many meals, anywhere and everywhere around the planet. Often taste and creativity are enemies, especially in the ‘molecular’ world of cuisine, but here chefs Andres & Zabala gratified every possible sense. Our vision is pleased by the colorful, delicate, and sensuous presentations, hesitatingly but necessarily destroyed by consuming them. Our olfaction... More

This dining experience was over the top superb. Our server knew the slightest detail of every item on the menu. Super attentive yet we were not rushed at all. Our favorite place to visit is Spain, and without a doubt the flavors of Jose Andres Bazaar tapas brought us right to Spain.

It's too bad LA does not offer Michelin Star Restaurant. However, dining at SAAM inside BAZZAR was amazing. I love small bites and trying many different kind of food so this was a perfect meal for me. Every dishes were carefully planned, and portions were perfect (at least for me). I was quite full towards the end of the course... More

Between this and Bazaar Meats, I think I have to go with the latter. Probably because of the Chicharrones (which this location does not have). There were also a strange number of Japanese inspired dishes. Of course, all the flavors are excellent which is why I came here in the first place.

We were staying at the SLS hotel which Bazaar is attached to, so we thought we would try it for dinner. We were rewarded. It's a CA Tapas restaurant where plates are meant to be shared.
