This is the ultimate Korean comfort food! Cheap and tasty. Their menu is simple and small. Korean soups only. They give you a bucket of green onions for you soup and salt for your liking. Best soup in LA hands down. You know a place is good and authentic when all you see are locals and they only speak Korean.

Han Bat (as it is called) is a Korean restaurant that specializes in Shul Lung Tang, a Korean soup vaguely like Vietnamese pho, but milky white in color, with fewer noodles. This place without a doubt has the best seolleongtang in California, despite it's weird spelling. Add your own salt, scallions, pepper, and chili, and you're ready to go!

This is rumored to be the best sullungtang in town! And it definitely meets the hype. It was very delicious! Their kkakdoogi was amazing! Their menu is very simple. They only serve sullungtang and you get to choose what meat you want. It's cash only. Cheap and delicious!

I love this place. Always best to go to place where there are only 5 things on the menu and 4 of them are kinds of the same soup.
