Walked into the restaurant without a reservation and sat at the bar. I wanted to like this restaurant based solely on their menu. We had a lovely interaction with the bartender who was also our waiter. Service from him and the other wait staff was excellent. The low rating is simply due to the food. My colleague and I both... Our party of 4 enjoyed dinner at Craft in late April. From start to finish, everything was delicious, service was fabulous without being pretentious, and we came away with the feeling that although we spent a lot more than we normally spend on a restaurant dinner, it was money well-spent. That meal was the highlight of our vacation in Los... More

The menu is a bit tired. The food is good, not great, and portions are inconsistent. Service is definitely spotty, waiter to waiter, and time of day. The roast chicken is really good at lunch and reliable. Fish is good sometimes and overdone others. Have a reservation for lunch or dinner....and you may wait. Restaurant is noisy and bar fills... We popped in here last week, hadn't made any reservations and sat in the bar area for a fantastic lunch. We were quickly greeted and ordered our drinks. We perused the menu for quite a while, torn between all of the delicious choices. I ended up choosing the calamari salad with spinach, chorizo, and golden raisin and a side of... More

I had the baramundi with quinoa, glazed carrots and broccolini. It was nicely prepared and the portions were sufficient. I enjoyed the dessert which was the wheat pound cake, fresh cream and strawberries and I also had their malted milk ice cream which was absolutely heavenly. :-)

All four of us enjoyed everything about our dinner at Craft - the appetizers, entrees, desserts, amuse-bouches, service ... It was fun to choose several items from the lists of vegetables, potatoes & grains, and then share them family-style. We also appreciated the fact that - even though it was full - it was quiet enough for us to hear... More

The atmosphere is very comfortable and upscale without being stuffy or stiff. Service is impeccable from beginning to end. The sommelier was very, very knowledgeable. All the dishes we ordered were scrumptious. The restaurant is pricey but well worth it. We'll be back again soon.

Service is outstanding and the VIP treatment - free tasting before the meal, free little dessert, and walked away with Craft granola. While the appetizers were delicious (selection of oysters & the ceviche), the main courses were disappointing. All the food was EXTREMELY salty (and I love salt!). The gnocchi, scallops, and the vegetables (asparagus and cauliflower) we ordered were... More

Service was good. Atmosphere is fantastic. Food was below mediocre. Pizza was bland, needing lots of salt, dough was too yeasty tasting. Salad came out wrong, returned and looked great, but bitter and bland. Pricey for what we got: no satisfaction.

Our party ordered a wide selection of appetizers and salads (excellent), sides (some of which were new to us and not up to expectation, (i.e., pea tendrils), and main courses. The corkage fee of $30 seemed a bit high considering the prices of the menu items but one must consider you are paying for service and atmosphere as well as... More
