i've frequented the place for happy hour and late night bites over the years and it's remained a familiar favorite with our group of friends. whether we're watching football, futbol or the election results - this place never disappoints. my friends and i recently hosted a birthday party there - a group of 12 adults and 4 infants / toddlers.... This was a most unusual night: watching election results. In spite of the very large crowd, the service and food were excellent, and the place is a lot of fun. I remembered it from 30 years ago, one of my favorite Italian restaurants called Chianti. Same paint job outside, but inside has changed...now a bar, party place, fun.

This is a great fun place to go either before or after the Groundlings Comedy Show. A short walk . Great wines by the glass and the food is tasty.

This is a local neighborhood place where I can grab a delicious workday lunch or rowdy weekend game day beer. Ample bar space and creative cocktails wth a solid menu of standard fare. The Cuban sandwich is smashed as I like it. Ask for a side of yellow mustard to enjoy the South Florida specialty as it was intended.

I guess this place can serve both business lunches and casual pub crawls. The interior is definitely a weird must-see that comes... More

Spacious and good pub atmosphere - as others say, better for lunch with light and Melrose environment. Ordinary food - enjoyable but just pub food.

Went for dinner with a colleague. Good pub items on the menu. Ordered the half chicken. Tough and tasteless. Like it was cooked partially, cooled down and then poorly reheated. Served sitting on a barely cooked tomato saucy thing. Beer was fresh though. Atmosphere at night is not so good. Lunch, when the windows are open and the street scene... More
