This little takeaway joint supplied most of our lunches when we visited Venice Beach. Great for tacos, hot dogs - the usual. Fresh and tasty. Very quick service and good value. It's right on the boardwalk.

Quick lunch, had a great spicy sausage by the beach. Friendly service, good sausage and bun. Good selection of other quick meals, with a few seats nearby. If u are here, go for it!

Tasty Venice quickie eatery on the bike path just up from the sand has a great selection of genuine hot dogs, sausages and even sometimes Ceviche, so they're doing something right! Great tastes to all their favs. Perfect quickie food stop while walking, biking, skating or just hanging at the beach. Good food! ...

Bike riding at Venice Beach heading back to Hermosa Beach and stopped in for a bite. Well what a fantastic & delicious hotdog. I would even go as far to say the best I have ever had. So good we drove back the next day for lunch!

There's not many places to get dishes like ceviche so when the price is good & the place is on a beach...wow! Oh did I mention it was delicious?

This place is always delicious, strange since its a chain. but if you can tolerate the carnival atmosphere, this is a great place for a snack.

Staying in Venice

Neighbourhood Profile
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
