This place gave us the best food we had in L.A. The pizza was fresh and flavorful. The bacon wrapped hot was delicious and the toasted bun was coat in warm melted butter. If you're walking on Venice Beach, stop here!!!

They advertise the pizzas to be as big as your head and it was! But, it tasted only OK and had been cooked too long with some burn marks on the bubbles in the crust. Wait time was a bit long and not many people in line waiting to be served.

Most food was good, we did a late night run so the funnel cakes were old, but everything else was good

My friend and I found this place down the street from the hostel we stayed at (Samesun) and it was finally a place that had some healthier food than we were eating. For the price it's great and I made such good friends with the staff. Went here pretty much every day!!! LOVED IT!

The pizza was pretty good. They messed up on our pizza as it was suppose to be a 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 pepperoni and mushroom. They brought us several extra slices to make up for it and also gave us free deep fried Oreo's (really good). Our sever was very cute and super friendly

Big Daddy's has great burger, sandwiches and fries. I love the burgers and fries the most, plus there's several tv's in the place, so you can catch a ball game while eating. It's much better than your average fast-food burger, so when I'm in the mood for a great tasting hamburger, this is the place I go!

Had a couple of large pizza slices whilst waking along Venice Beach - great choice, good tasty food and great prices - you have to try the pepperoni cheese fries as well!

Lots of pizza and Mexican fast food, plus their own types of burritos and seafood choices. Great junk food. Nice people, not scary.

Staying in Venice

Neighbourhood Profile
Venice
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
