My son lived a block away from Pit Fire in NoHo and every time I visited I had to be sure to get my fix! I love this place. Order at the counter, pick your beverage (beer, wine, water, soda) and they bring your order to the table. The pizzas are so tasty and fresh and filling! Delicious crust! I... More

Pit Fire Pizza in North Hollywood (Los Angeles) is my go-to neighborhood pizza place. I eat there at least once a month and often more, usually for a late dinner after an evening run with friends. I've never been disappointed by anything I've eaten there, and my favorite meal is the steak salad. The steak is always perfectly prepared and... More

We have gone to this place multiple times already, and the food was always fresh and tasty. The Pizzas are great with home made dough, that tastes authentic . The pastas are delicious , as we just had the chicken and mushrooms last night before going to Lemmle to see Oliver Stone movie, Snowden. The water melon/ berries Lemonad ,a... More

I had an appetizer of meatballs, which they made into a sandwich. SO tasty and filling. The pizza was excellent, with thin crunchy crust, and the field mushrooms were amazing. I was bursting full after this meal, but was still looking forward to the next visit to try new tastiness. The weird part is you add your tip at the... More

This place hit the spot for a great pizza, glass of wine and salad. We just had the plain pie and salad, but both were well-made with great flavors. We understand that it can get really crowded tho. The chocolate chip cookie had us wrapping up the meal with a smile. Total success in a no muss, no fuss atmosphere.... More

This is an order at the counter place and they bring the pizza to you. We had a good time eating here. Pizza and service were excellent. They offer gluten free crust options which was helpful for me since I have Celiac. My friends who got "regular" pizza thought it was excellent. Besides beer they even have Coke in an... More

We kept hearing that west coast pizza is awful, but one day we just wanted pizza for lunch, and stumbled onto Pit fire on our way from one place to another. You order at the counter, grab a table and they bring you your food. Food was good, pizzas are on the thinner crust and "fancier"- this is not a... More

You order at the counter so we left a tip before we had our meal. The service was not good. We asked two different friendly waiters for water, and eventually I just went and brought water myself. The food was slow to com and one of us almost finished his meal while I was still waiting. The pizza is great... More

The ;pizza is wonderful. The other entrees - not so much. Stick with the pizza and you will not be disappointed.
