An average Japanese restaurant, with acceptable sashimi, sushi & teriyaki. The teppanyaki chef did a good job entertaining. Service was average.

We ate here for lunch. This was my first time eating at this establishment. The place was clean and not packed for lunch. The noise level was OK. We had one of the luncheon specials of two hand rolled sushi rolls and veggie/shrimp tempura. The server was efficient and attentive. The food came out in a reasonable period of time.... More

These people are crooks. We were there in August just before my before my daughter went back to school. We had a horrible experience with the service and we complained to the manager. The owner was there that night, and she came out and asked me what happened. She was very sorry and gave us a $150 gift certificate to... More

Nice tappanyaki place in the Valley. Maybe don't go with young kids, but great for the adults. Enjoyed the show and the food!

I have been reading the reviews and im pretty surprised. Every time i go there with my family, the food is really good. We always order the filet mignon, and its very good. Or the lobster. The service is good. Never had any issues. They have even given us our own table, which is nice. My 3 year old also likes... More

This is the worse restaurant in Porter Ranch!! First off, the air conditioning is woefully inadequate. The children's menu is minimal. The bathroom needs a remodel. The food is indelible and tasteless. They charge extra for white vs dark chicken teriyaki. They don't serve lemonade, but that's ok becaus it would be served warm because it's so hot in the... More

I am not a great fan of Sushi and I like my food cooked by a chef rather than a juggler but on the whole not bad. We were a large party so had a private room. In summary: Nibbles - a bit of a waste of space really - in fact I can't remember them so pretty uninspiring -... More

If I want to see people play with my food on a hot table, I'll go to Benihana. If I want some good sushi, I'll go to a place that only does sushi. This place does both, and neither too well, in my humble opinion. Also, maybe I am offended that they wouldn't let me sit with my kids at... More
