We met friends for Sunday breakfast. Pleasant service, decent ambience and the food, while not exceptional, was quite good. I ordered scrambled eggs with lox and onions --- accompanied by hashbrowns. The eggs were just fine but the hashbrowns were exceptionally well done. Located conveniently on Pico in West LA, this place remains a favorite for locals and for visitors.

As soon as we walked in there was an odd odor; my wife did not like it at all. We sat down and we felt we were being rushed by the waitress and it was not even busy. The sandwiches we ordered were good, but I have had better for less price. Service could definitely use improvement, since we did... More

Certainly a busy spot, but not the best deli. I found the soup to be very bland. My sandwich was piled high, but was not anything special. The service was fairly uninspired and at times just rude. Glad to see it is a popular spot for locals, but don't think I would return or recommend.

Went here for a family brunch on a Sunday morning, had the chopped liver on rye, tasted vaguely like wet cement, the lemon tea was fine. Definitely not going back, left wondering is there any real Jewish food left in LA?

Ordered a thick cut Pastrami Sandwich and it melted in my mouth. Good rye bread and lots of meat. Got fruit instead of cole slaw for my side. Reminded me of growing up in New York and the Pastrami was extremely tender. A good meal.

Moved away along time ago but visit often and come here all the time. Great matzo ball soup and sandwiches.

Parking is a challenge so just go ahead and use the valet in front cause BH parking cops are relentless. Guest wifi is really poor) There is something so comforting about a deli, especially a deli that's been around since forever. (1948). Long term staff, long term guests... I've gotten take-out from here several times. Decided to eat in this... More

Stopped in for the first time in over 10 years and although it was just about noon we were told to choose where we wanted to sit and we took the first booth. Waiter came over right away with menus and we ordered coffee. On the table in 3 minutes. When ready to order, he was right there and I... More

What a great surprise and open since 1948! The hall of fame walls are worth spending some time to ogle those who have frequented this spot. I had tongue sandwich for the first time in years and it was incredible. No alcohol served! We'll go again!

We enjoyed our meal from Factors Famous Deli. We did take out and ordered half sandwiches. They come with a side and pickles. The sandwiches were large (even the half) and tasty. The menu selection is huge, something for everyone.
