We had a fantastic meal at Franklin and Company Tavern. My husband ordered steak and this was cooked to perfection, i ordered the salmon salad. The salmon salad had a variety of of salad and a lovely dressing. Good variety of beers and cocktails, excellent service by Sarah. We would return again if ever in the area, you always find... More

A friend we were visiting who lives in the area suggested Franklin & Co. We walked from his condo, which was only a few blocks away. We let him guide us through the menu & also asked Ruby, our server. We opted for the popcorn shrimp appetizer ($13) & OMG it was amazing. I'm usually not a blue cheese fan... More

Right next to Birds...but a totally different crowd. You can join their beer club....and they have the best selection available. The food is very good too...and reasonably priced. Always packed on game day and Sunday afternoons

Good place to pop in for a quick steak or hamburger. Sit outside and watch the world go by. Good service. Reasonable price.

We stayed at a great AirBnB only about a hundred yards away, so had to try it. We went on Tuesday before the United Citizens Brigade show, good choice. Better than average pub fare with some good drink menu specials. Halibut and fried chicken were both excellent. A little more expensive than similar spots, but thought it was worth it.

Went with a really good friend of mine who couldn't stop raving about this place and I was not disappointed at all. I had the Franklin beer, brewed locally and really delicious. We order a bunch of the small plates, definitely get the Brussels sprouts and the pretzel they where my favorite. Pricing is fair, for the two of us... More

Staying at the Best Western Plus just along the road, we couldn't face a trip back down to the ultra-tackiness of Hollywood Blvd again in the evening, so we got an outside table for two here (didn't need to book.) It's exactly opposite the Church of Scientology 'Celebrity Centre', but no sign of Mr C or Mr T. Nicely cooked... More

Went for lunch while on vacation in LA. Food was fresh, service fast, and setting energetic. Bar setting with outside tables. Don't miss the fish and chips - they're a must and the curried cauliflower is too. Will go back when in town again.

There is a reason you can walk right in and get a table! The food is not very good and the bloody Mary's are great IF you like them watery, thin and lacking flavor. The accoutrements for the bloody Marys are plentiful and look great - the drink itself is just not good at all. With so many places to... More

Everything on the menu tastes fantastic but my tops are Short Rib Hash, duck fat fries and of course the Bloody Mary's! It is a great place to go with friends or on a date. Only downside is that seating can be limited but it's worth the wait. There is an area upstairs for larger parties down stairs is good... More
