Having tried Bar Ama and Orsa and Winston from the same ownership group, I had high expectations for lunch. Based on the server's recommendation I started with the Caesar Brussel Sprouts, which was quite a good dish. However the Jerk Baco was rather a bland...More

Travelling solo, I sat at the bar - which was perfect. The bar staff were really lovely & helpful with their advice on the wine & food ... there were no missteps whatsoever. I started with the Hoja Verde Coca - squash blossom (zucchini flower)...More

Attentive service, I sat at the bar, had cocktails and devoured a succession of perfectly seasoned dishes, flavours all over dishes, worth every penny, very good value here. Fun atmosphere, great staff.

I think the best way to characterize this little gem is with the word "bold." From the print on the menu to the flavors. It is just a big bam that will hit your senses in the most pleasant way. Every dish is delicious and...More

I really enjoyed the selections we had despite not remembering the names of them. The one that really sticks out the most had raw or seared fish with guacamole. Anyway, am looking forward to going back and trying more of their food.

I didn't find too much to shout about other than the brussels sprouts that really were truly fantastic! A far cry from the brussels sprouts that I feared as a child, the 'Caesar' Brussels sprouts alone make a visit to the restaurant worthwhile.

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering
buildings, bustling streets, and industrial
warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of
cultures here with a growing influx of business
professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of
Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts,
bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly.
Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants
