So many tacos in East LA , but this place is a must. Delicious. Try the calabasitas , the quesadilla , and mole poblano 😀 Amazing.

Parking was hard to find, but we managed to get a parking about a block away in a cheap payed parking lot. The restaurant is small with a small menu. My husband had the sampler and I had the chicken tinga and chicken mole. I also had their melon agua fresca drink which was good and refreshing. The tacos were... More

Nearly hidden on a corner due to being so unassuming, it would be easy to overlook, but that would be a crime. A parking space near the restaurant wasn’t to be found, we had to park a block away and around the corner, but the walk was worth it. On a visit here, I discovered that you can’t say too... More

Tasty street food style tacos. On your first visit order the sampler plate. Six tiny tacos with great flavor. My favorite and my go to is the chicken mole. Tremendous flavor. Some have more 'heat' than others. Fortunately the sampler tacos are small. You can rule ot the tacos that are hot from your next visit. The cantaloupe juice was... More

The tacos here are a little bit different than what most of us are used to seeing. The tortillas are hand made and amazing. The fillings are more like a thick stew. I had the beef and it was just amazing. The chicken mole was very good too (if you like mole). If I worked in downtown LA I'd eat... More

I was not expecting the quality of food when I stepped in to this restaurant. It's very unassuming, friendly staff, small menu but omg the food is good. I ordered two Taco's, ended up going back for three more, each as good as the other.

We sampled most of the tacos between us and they were absolutely delicious and served up quickly. Would definitely return.

If you aren't sure of what to order, get the sampler plate, which comes with different fillings for you to try. The tortillas are handmade. I'm not sure what else I could say about the food. It truly was amazing.
