Picca is somewhere I have been wanting to try since I moved into the neighborhood a few months ago. I saved the visit to go with my Mom, who is a lover of unique, gourmet food. Picca did not disappoint. We grabbed a seat at the bar and had such a great time with our bartender. I think his name... More

Great atmosphere and the food was most delicious. However the portions were all tiny. The restaurant describes themselves as family-style dining. This is misleading. They must have in mind a family of one or two people. We all agreed that the best dish we ordered was the Black Cod. Two small 5" skewers of cod arrived with a few crispy... More

We had the best dinner in Picca - the food was so fresh, prepared right in front of us (sit at the chef's bar!) and simply super delicious - can only highly recommend Picca for quality, super service and food - must go!

We love Peruvian food and Picca delivers. Everything is meant to be shared (i.e. small portions). But flavorful and I never thought I'd say this: too flavorful, in a couple of cases--the citrus was predominant in the ceviche (really sour and acidic) and the jalapeno in the grilled octopus (pretty spicy) but both were really delicious and we'd order them... Visited on the recommendation of the concierge at Mr C's hotel. Appearance outside hides the excellent food and vibrant atmosphere. We had 3 dishes between 2 of us, all were excellent then we followed up with the churro's. So impressed that we immediately booked another table for Saturday night.

Tried this place out a couple of months ago. I'd never had peruvian food so I appreciated the suggestions from our waiter who was attentive and helpful throughout the visit. First, we tried the sandia ceviche - OMG is all I can say. It had so much flavour, it really was a flavour explosion in my mouth. It was fresh,... More

We had a business dinner for 4. The waiter ended up doing the ordering for us and brought us a series of great small plates. I thought it was Peruvian food and did not see the fusion aspect of the restaurant.

Went to Picca on a Monday night. We ordered a large variety of foods... although not ceviche. (Not my favorite) The food was good... especially the roasted cauliflower and the sole... but I found it all a little under-seasoned. I'm all for delicate flavors, but this was a little too delicate. Extra points for a delicious pisco sour!

Picca is cute restaurant in a cute area. The fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine was there in almost each dish. I came for a birthday dinner of 4, so we ordered a lot of food and shared everything. The menu is tapas style so they are not big portions. We doubled and even tripled on some items. So with... The Ceviche was the best I've tasted. Their selection of South American beers and craft cocktails are a nice compliment. Causa is worth trying if you haven't
