We stopped by here as we always do on a trip to the central coast. My mistake - I had to use the ladies' room - before we had a chance to order anything. The very rude bartender made it a point to tell my husband that she would have to make the "patron's only" sign larger. She didn't bother... More

We came here after dinner at Full of life. I love the design and vibe! You really feel like your back in the old western days. We only got drinks and they were excellent. They had great customer service. A couple of the girls couldn't drink alcohol and they crafted some delicious tea from the herbs that had. We will... More

Love this area of the central coast for the hidden gem that it truly can be to those that love the region, love great food and drink, forgetting all the traffic and hustle of the daily grind. This is the hidden gem on the street. Yes is there other dining, sure... but not with the love, attention, and excellence that... More

Such a cool, rustic spot with incredible cocktails and the food is amazing. We had the cheese and charcuterie plate with truffle fries and it was to die for. Great old west historic vibe. We'll definitely we back.

The hotel next door is closed for rennovation, but the attached saloon keeps the goodies coming, along with great drinks, in the interim. Once again, we had the 1880 sliders (which we previously experienced in the hotel restaurant) were terrific. This time we also had the sophisticated grilled cheese sandwich, with tomato and all sorts of yummy extras, along with... More

An old west motif, bartenders with vests/bow ties and superior mixology skills, plus, out of this world small plates, burgers & sandwiches...the best part of our trip.

We came in for tapas, and while the selection was small, they didn't disappoint. We got bacon-wrapped dates with goat cheese filling, the 1880 poppers (chicken), and pork belly bites, and all were delicious. I wasn't too inspired by the menu, which was mostly salads, sandwiches, and sides, but it would be a great place for lunch. And, of course,... More

Chef Brooke has definitely upped the yummy factor with new dishes that are available on an expanded schedule and in both the wine saloon and hotel dining room.
