We were here in August of 2020 for take out. They were not seating people inside during that time, but I remember some folks outside. We called in our order and went to pick it up when they said it would be ready. When we...got there, it wasn't quite ready. But we did not have to wait too long. In order to use my debit card, they told me they would impose a fee. They did NOT say anything about that when I ordered, and it is NOWHERE on their website. There also was nothing about that posted in the restaurant (which I think is required by law.) Not many people carry around a lot of cash these days, and during COVID times cash is one of the dirtiest things you can use. They also charged to use a credit card, and they wouldn't take a check. So, I had no choice. When we got the food back to the hotel, it was awful. I had a teriyaki bowl. The sauce had NO flavor, and it was mostly just rice. It was probably the worst Chinese food I've ever had. My daughter had an order of dumplings. She said they were ok, but she didn't finish them. And she did not want to take the leftovers when we left the next day. Don't go here. There are much better places in town, and they do not serve good Chinese food.More

I had a bad experience a few years ago (never received my entree after 1.5 hrs) and said i would never eat here again. But Seasons was closed and it's tough to find food during covid. Should have stuck to that as this experience was...terrible. The steak was tough and flavorless & not cheap, the salad was ok. In their defense they forgot to pack the salad in my takeout order but did walk it down to my hotel room because i didn't want to walk back in the sweltering heat. I will never return.More

Service was just awful. 3 of us were seated at a dirty 6 top and told not to worry, the people before us sat at the other end of the table and our end was clean (which it wasn’t). This is during the COVID high...risk era, surprisingly cavalier attitude. Food came out one plate at a time separated by about 5 minutes. By the time the last dish arrived the first person was almost done. Then we waited for our check to be picked up while our server sat at a table eating dinner. Getting up to joke around then sitting back down to eat more. Food reviews were mixed, one good, one ok, and one awful. And don’t try to order from the kids menu if you’re an adult. Enforcement of that crucial rule is monumentally more important than giving someone who’s not that hungry what they want to eat.More
