Diner with a western feel. Good selection of burgers. I tried the elk, not bad. Fried corn on the cob interesting. Friendly service.

Was there on a Tuesday night (March 2017) and the rib special is excellent! Was there the following Saturday morning and had the Mt Whitney Omelet, again excellent!

There is not much to choose from as far as restaurants in Lone Pine this time of year. Mt. Whitney Restaurant serves basis American fare but its not that great and overpriced. We got spaghetti and the sauce was watery. Server was pleasant. Open until 8PM.

For a restaurant which claims the "Best Burgers in Town", I guess I was expecting a bit better. The food itself actually wasn't bad but overall pricey ($11 for onion rings). The service however was terrible. We started with a guy who seemed fairly new and he was replaced at some point by Ashley. She spaced out *three* times while... More

The service was good and efficient. The food was good but not spectacular. I would return when I pass through Lone Pine.

Can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The portions are embarrassingly huge, so consider sharing appetizers, etc. . Really good food, very friendly service.

Had breakfast here, waffles was great and the bacon was cooked perfectly, stopped here for a quick bite on our way home and their lunch did not disappoint either. Cozy place with all the photos of western actors and films that were shot in the area. Reliable diner.

They open at 7 am and serve a variety of high calorie breakfast options. The breakfast meats and taters were prepared in the old time diner tradition.
