Stopped in for lunch. After being on the East Coast since November couldn't wait to get back for great Mexican food at Guadalajara. I ordered the Carne Asada Street Tacos & my husband ordered the Chili Colorado burrito. Both dishes were delicious. The chips & salsa were also great. Thanks Reina for finding & putting aside my phone!! Definitely recommend... More

I've been going to "Guads" since they opened, like 100yrs ago. I've probably tried 90% of the menu, and a few things not on the menu. Sadly I can't really go anywhere else for Mexican food now. They're just that good. Great atmosphere, great service, and the best food. Who could ask for more. Love this place. (Oh yeah, I... More

A few weeks ago I wrote a review that mentioned that I had been served a Margarita that tasted much different than those I had over the 10 years or so. I revisited last week and was told by someone I knew that there was not a change in the original ingredients. I ordered another and was delighted! Wonder if... More

We have been going to Guadalajara restaurant for many years. The staff is very friendly and always personable when we come in. The food is always fresh and very authentic Mexican homemade.

Always great food and prompt friendly service. So many good dishes! We often get the Guadalajara Grill Whitehall comes with Carne Asada, chicken, shrimp al mojo de ago. Guacamole, lightly grilled onions, jalapeño's, beans and rice and is served on a sizzling skillet. We usually split it and still take some home. Everything they serve is top shelf!

Guadalajara is a Main Street, Lake Elsinore fixture, and for all the right reasons. Great Cal-Mex dishes, some regional favorites, friendly, efficient staff, and a fun, family atmosphere make Guadalajara easy to like

The food was great but a bit expensive for Mexican food. I really liked the location and the atmosphere was nice. The Margarita's were excellent and nice sized. Has an outside dining area which we chose not to do since it was after dark and the weather was cool. The outside dining area looked really nice, weather permitting.

Thank Randy C
