Fish tacos were excellent but the pleasant waiter tried to up charge everything including avocado with our tacos at an additional $2 each for two slices. The outdoor views were worth the annoying - "how about dessert, appetizers, avocado is excellent on the tacos, another drink" waiter.

It is a small place with lots of young people enjoying themselves. We thought the menu had some great options. The staff was fast and polite. We each enjoyed our picks and had a relaxing meal looking toward the park in La Jolla.

We met Adam, Amanda, and Bison at dinner at The Shack where they told us about Cody's. We went with our kids for breakfast the next morning and it was great. It has a beautiful view overlooking the ocean park and the blackberry sage mimosa was a perfect Sunday morning treat.

My husband and I were recommended this spot by my best friend who had been in La Jolla the week before. We had hoped to sit outside on the patio with the perfect view of the ocean but it was a misty California morning so we sat inside which is still a cute and cozy atmosphere. My husband ordered the... We arrived around 9am and while it was busy, we were seated with hardly a wait. Beware of the stand-offish hostess, she was the only very brief negative of this place. Our server was excellent. Their French toast was highly recommended and it was excellent. My husband had their chicken and biscuits and enjoyed them as well. We sat outside... More

We stopped here for a quick drink while exploring La Jolla. We tried their daily champagne spritzer sand they were delicious. The atmosphere was fun and laid back, the servers were great and we thought the doggie menu was a great idea. This place has excellent views if you sit outside.

This was definitely one of the best we ate in the entire California, I had a lobster roll and I still miss that wonderful taste of freshness. My girlfriend had a pesto sandwich with chicken and it was delicious as well. Great place!

I loved this place! It's location is awesome and sitting outside on the patio was really nice. The service was great and the food was fantastic. We had the french toast and crab benedict and it was exceptional. We were going to eat at The Cottage (we've had it before), but I liked Cody's a lot better. Make sure that... More

Loved this little restaurant we stumbled upon for breakfast while visiting the La Jolla Cove. Great menu, nice view of the water (especially if you sit outside). Would definitely return.
