We stopped by driving from Yosemite to San Francisco. Veggie burger was good, burger was better. Yummy potato salad. Friendly waitress. Definitely stop for a meal.

The music playing is all oldies. The decor is 50's posters and old trays on the walls. It is a fun spot. And they have good burgers. I ordered a Diet Pepsi and watched the afternoon crowd filter in and out. A few Harley riders and some folks way older then me. This is a fun little spot overlooking historic... More

Stopped in for lunch while on a back roads motorcycle trip. Love the ambiance, was like a trip down memory lane. Used to visit diners like this back in the 50's. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The fare is typical diner, but with that said, the portions are good and the quality equally good. Looking forward to my... More

After a day of rafting on the Stanislaus River we stopped in for a burger and a beer. It seemed like the perfect place and from the minute we walked in felt welcome. We sat at the bar and mixed with some of the local regular customers as if we had known them forever. The burger was great and the... More

We have always enjoyed the ambience in this restaurant. It is not far from our home and consequently we have eaten there a lot. I have been impressed with the consistency of the diner. The burgers and fries are always good and the service is prompt. I have to admit we usually come when there is not a crowd. The... More

Went here for lunch after our family got together for Christmas pictures. It is a cute place. The waitress was nice and the food was pretty decent. Reasonable prices and they have a bar area also.

My cousin Dave and I each ordered the grilled pastrami and cheese sandwich with fries at this great little restaurant out in the middle of nowhere east of Oakdale, CA. What a great find. Excellent. Just excellent.

We stopped for dinner on our way down the highway. My wife had a burger and said it was wonderful. I had the meatloaf dinner. Came with salad and soup too. The split pea soup was great. The meatloaf was just so-so. Very hearty servings for both our meals.

We stopped here on a long drive, knowing that the next town was overflowing with chain restaurants. Coming from England we enjoyed the 50s America atmosphere and memorabilia. Service and food were pretty good, not amazing, but we loved the quirkiness.
