Great stop on Hwy 101 - I enjoyed a fresh, filling & tasty carnitas torta. It came with carrot slices & a chili on the side. I definitely will stop here in the future and recommend you do too!

The owner Francisco gave us a tour of his family business! He was such a fantastic host. The food was very flavorful, served quick, and inexpensive. Such a lovely spot right in town with indoor and outdoor seating available. We enjoyed the carnitas street tacos and carnitas burrito. This burrito was HUGE. Francisco explained where his fresh and organic ingredients... More

My friend and I have eaten here a couple of times. He was amazed I remembered this place... It's cantina food in a building and is cheap, plentiful, flavorful and filling. If you want a double-meal, order a super burrito with your choice of meat...It's enough to feed at least two people!

Great value for the food. They also support the local community when they can. The burritos are big and delicious! Try the horchata while you are there too.

As we were driving heading north up the 101 on the "El Camino Real" to Monterrey and Mendocino we did some research as to how we could save money and get some good food on our phone app. We came across this place, La Poteranca De Jalisco, It is located on the main drag of King City at 201 Broadway.... We stopped in for a quick bite on our way from the Central Coast to San Francisco and were very happy we did. The food is fresh, tasty and prepared with love. The man who took our order was very upbeat and clearly proud of the food they serve, which speaks highly of the quality. We tried the tacos and... More

I will stop here even if I'm not hungry. The food is good, authentic and the price is right. Did I mention how good the food is? My fav is the pastor burrito (the regular burrito because I like with only meat, beans, rice, salsa, cilantro and onion). My hubby likes the super burrito with cream and guacamole. Try it... More

Not going to lie this place is awesome. It's cheap :) and unlike the Guadalajara that charges like $15 for hard rice and plain beans everything at this taco stand is seasoned. I have lived in KC for such a long time and I just started going and now all my family members are hooked :D
