We had two take out dinners from here. The servings are huge! We had a tasty pizza with generous toppings and my husband and I only ate half of the 14 inch. The salads are also huge but mostly romaine lettuce. The cucumbers were oddly frozen each night. Definitely one salad is enough for two. The second night, we had... More

Thanks for the opportunity to serve you, and for the positive review. One note of correction: our salads are made with Green Leaf Lettuce, not Romaine. My apologies for the cucumbers having been stored in a refrigerated location in which the temperature had lowered to slightly below freezing. We have been working to correct the problem with that refrigerator's thermostat.... More

Good food good price and good service. Best to take out as there is no much room inside except few tables outside.

Weird. Pizza was literally smothered in olives, but we had to search for the few pieces of sausage hidden among them. SLOW service. I have had better luck with frozen pizza. Too bad there is no competition, which might improve things.

Thank you for your review, and I am sorry that you were disappointed by your recent experience. Yes, our toppings are generous (e.g. olives), I apologize and cannot explain why your pizza may have been found to be deficient in the sausage category. Each of our pizzas is prepared by hand, this is not a fast-food process and there will... More

Stopped after a nights stay in June Lake. Service is laid back and friendly. Not super fast and definitely not slow. They definitely care about getting you fresh quality food. The pizza was amazing. Meatball sub was great too. Would definitely come back.

Stayed in town for three nights, and this was the best food we had. We had pizza and deli salads. Pizza was great and salads were huge and delicious. You order inside and eat outside on the patio so don't expect a sit down with a waiter. As casual a place as you can get and we loved it.

Quick service, good food. We ordered a medium pizza which offered 8 pieces. It was a thin crust, which I don't usually prefer, but the sauce was delicious. Their pepperoni was freshly sliced and their cheese was thick. They also offer hot and cold, freshly made sandwiches. My dad said the Rueben was pretty good, and mom liked the meatball... More

My friend and I couldn't decide between getting a pizza or getting a BBQ tri-tip sandwich. The owner suggested combining the two. Thus the BBQ Tri-tip pizza was born. Freshly smoked tri-tip, soft, tasty crust, savory cheese and crisp onions and bell peppers. It was to die for.

Unfortunately we experienced horrible, and very rude service. We ordered six items; of which two were completely incorrect. We should have verified our order before departing. We understand mistakes happen though. However, treating customers rudely is bad. When two teenagers pleasantly asked which ingredients are included on sandwiches, the Alpine Deli employee abruptly shoved the menus to the customers saying... More

Thanks for your feedback, allow me to offer my apologies for incorrect items in your order. Unfortunately even in the best of worlds, mistakes do happen. There is no excuse for rudeness in a service-based business: however, it sounds as though the deli was busy at the time of your visit, and we human beings can sometimes tend to run... More

There were 6 of us - looking for lunch. We were all frustrated by other possibilities in town (dinner only; closed on Tuesday; "sandwiches" but only for breakfast) and came here. Two people working on sandwiches for someone waiting outside (she was eating, so it looked like she'd been taken care of). They finally took our orders. I ordered a... More

The pizzas are wonderful, prepared fast and they have a ton of topping available. There is a small amount of seating outside the deli. Really pleasant place to sit and eat.
