This place has an impressive number is tea options. What Starbucks is for coffee lovers, this place is for tea lovers. My favorite tea, hands down, is the rosebud tea. Hot or cold (depending on weather), it's like taking a bite out of a rose (in a good way). It's brewed with actual rose buds. Their green tea and almond... More

This is not a terrible place for boba. I loved the atmosphere here, but it does get a bit crowded and you are right across the street from a university, so this place does appeal to the college crowd. Their drinks are really good. Haven't tried the food yet but probably will one of these days.

There is a Cha For Tea, next to my school and it is amazing in every aspect. It high quality and with the open mixing station you can see all your drinks being freshly made. It is also very affordable with a wide variety of drinks and food. I would highly suggest getting their Royal Earl boba and their Thai... More

Cha For Tea's Black Almond Milk Tea with Boba is the best bubble tea I have ever had... hands down. The tea is perfectly brewed with just the right amount of almond milk to tea and the boba is perfectly cooked. The Crispy Chicken with sweet and sour sauce is a nice compliment for a midnight snack. Definitely worth trying!!

The boba here is great! It's always fresh and it never takes too long to get something you crave. The space is a little small but the outside sitting area at the University Town Center is relaxing and is really a place you can just catch up with friends or unwind after a long day. The crispy chicken here is... More

The boba drinks and teas are wonderful, and we had time only to get two of the appetizers, the fried tofu and crispy dumplings. Everything was terrific, especially the fried tofu. This is another one of those places with lots of the UC Irvine community as customers. Next time I visit Irvine, I'm going to eat here again

This place has a wide variety of tea and lets you special order. I tried Green Apple tea with Splenda and pearls. It was so good. I enjoyed it all the way to San Diego. I have also had the green tea with honey. It was great too.

Irvine has very few quality places to eat after ten (or eleven on the weekends). Cha for Tea caters to the university community and other night owls by being open until 1am every night. In addition to their tea drinks (many like their boba drinks, but I'm not a fan of boba in general), they also have some great entree... More
