Our lunch had great service but only average food My hot dog was greasy and on a stale bun. My husbands chili hamburger was dry and could have used more chili

Only one in the place at 4:30 PM understandable after getting a disgusting burger that tasted nasty. The fries were cold and onion rings cheap frozen ones and I been cheap! Used a Groupon coupons.Coupon value $20 but since my bill was $17.75 I was...More
I usually do my best to over look poor service or rude employees. After all, dealing with people all day can be trying. But when our server said a racial slur as he walked away and we said "sir, we just heard what you said".....he...More
I was really bummed when the Johnny Rockets location in Encino closed down. So when my friends in Irvine suggested we go to the one in their neighborhood, I was elated. The #12 is still one of my favorite burgers of all time.
You'd do better to go to the local In'N Out burger than eat here. The place is small and the service is poor.More

This place is like the original burger place. Good, simple, burgers. Awesome fries (UNLIMITED... FREE refills) :) I'm like a kid in a candy store.

the kids sliders were just o.k. and the chocolate milkshakes not as chocolately as they used to be.Still good quality ice cream and really delish old fashion Patty Melt. Menu has changed and gotten HUGE! They should go back to simple and smaller menu.
A far cry from the first one on Melrose in L.A. The founder used to watch over, but no more. Disappointing burgers at the few locations still standing.
