Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is such a small specialised brewery that there is very little to be shown to visitors. It was clear that the guide was extremely proud of the brewery and the things she was showing us. However compared with other major breweries there is very...little to see. Plenty of samples of the various beers were freely available and lunchfood was provided. Readers please note that this is not a pub open to the public.More

I don’t know where to begin..... First of all, you have to book a tour in advance which it says NOWHERE! My group got there and it was THEN we found out you have to book it in advance. It doesn’t say it on their...website, online, on the business card, NOWHERE! The website is so old that the prices are still in kroonid (Estonia’s old currency from over 10 years ago). We mainly came to buy souvenir shirts and sweaters which on their website says they have. Well guess what- we got there and no shirts! WOW! The only thing to purchase were large beer mugs (yeah sure like I’m gonna fit that in my suitcase). We called the number on the business card and the people on the other end were no help whatsoever. They told us to book now, but they didn’t understand we were already there. Everyone kept telling us different things and it was nauseating. We couldn’t go in for a tour but yet there were others walking around with yellow “visitor” vests- what???? Spent $40 on uber’s there and back, just to be disappointed. Ruined my day. If you ever hate someone so much, just send them to the brewery. It will crush them like it did to me and my friends.More

Small bar with only 2 taps, however they are good ones! Friendly people. Would have liked to see more about their long history.

It is goof for gatherings and come together for summer evenings. Still the stairways are dark. Outside the parking lot is unlighted and there are too few outside seatings.

Been several times while visiting family. The brewery is more like an interesting pub. When weather is nice, grab one of the few tables outside. Really good beer!

Approx £120 for up to eight people, with no discount if fewer people. The tour guide was an interesting older lady that gave an fascinating insight into occupied Estonia and the shortages - but knew little about the brewery. The tour was poor - with...a visit to the mash tuns and then along to the elevated view of the bottling area before back to the bar for samples of the beers they offer (about 10 bottles). i have been on better and cheaper brewery tours, so cannot recommend this one given the price, and the lack of access to the process. A shame, as it could be very good with a bit of thought about what visitors want...More

I have to write and review on my own added restaurant in Tripadvisor. After the last visits, it seems that the food quality is getting more poor as well as the attitude of the management. Maybe it is time for some major changes of the...owners/managers to put some new life into this place and positive development. The waitresses are very positive and try their best, nothing to complain about them. I can recommend the tours in the brewery and some local beer in the pub like "Punane Parun" but I would also recommend to take the lunch or dinner in Tallinn center, 20minutes away from Saku brewery.More

The place offers average food and service but can occasinally be closed in winter time. Call first if visiting. The pub is a good combination with a brewery tour which can be agreed with the brewery on before hand. Bookings for bigger groups can be...good if lunch or dinner in the pub is planned. They have some local dishes very popular. Prices are less than average in Tallinn as this place is located some 20 minutes from center by car or train. In weekends they have occasinally live music. In the pub you can also try the Red Baron- a draft red beer that is not sold outside the brewery.More
