Conveyer belts were made for fast food...not pizza. You need a pizza oven for pizza. You won't find that here.

Paisano's Pizza and Pasta Restaurant has changed names and is now known as Pizza Grande, which also now serves Middle Eastern/Mediterranean dishes to enhance the menu and experience. The also have a dessert case to take home some of the homemade desserts. Not large inside, but the food is good, the pasta has always been large portions and end up... More

We planned a trip to Grover Beach to go to Paisano's Pizza and Pasta Restaurant. When we got there we discovered that it had been sold 30 days earlier and had a new name, Pizza Grande, and a new menu. The new owner, Sam, has maintained many of the Italian pizza and pasta dishes typical of a good pizzeria, but... More

This has been our favorite pizza place for over 5 yrs. but a few months ago we ordered our 'usual' and it was awful, we were very disappointed. Everything about it had changed. I'll wait a few more months and try it one more time, maybe they just had a bad spell?

We were referred here by our resort. This was an excellent experience. The pasta, stromboli and pizza was outstanding. The dough is superb! If you are tired of the old chain pizzas, try a great pizza here. The buffet allows you to try a variety of excellent food. Great experience and the owners are super friendly.... Gary W.

The pineapple and cheese pizza was wonderful and all the others were good too. Great selection of delicious pizza and pasta. I ordered a side salad that was large enough for all three of us to have plenty. This is an all you can eat lunch. The owner was very attentive and the service was excellent. I recommend this place... More

This pizza was amazing a while ago, but now, it's just okay. There are several other places that are better. Although, we always had excellent service here. They used to do karaoke during the week, but no more. I still love the happy people outside dancing around to get people inside the restaurant.

I've stopped by Paisano's three times for the lunch pizza/pasta buffet. This is a great little family restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and really good pizza. The pizza is obviously best if you get it right out of the oven. They always load up the pies with plenty of ingredients, and the crusts are nice and crispy, perfect thickness. The... More
