Horrible food . Horrible service . Bread was dry , shrimp was over cooked and sticky , my husbands eggplant dish was horrid and so unappetizing, no flavor whatsoever.

This was truly a great place to eat. I stopped in with a good friend to check out the cuisine and was blown away by the flavors. It's not the biggest place and it was a little loud but for the most part it was an enjoyable dining experience. I would love to tell you what I had but I... More

Really enjoyed dinner & drinks at Diego's. I like having another option for great food in Grass Valley. Atmosphere is very casual and the outdoor seating (weather permitting) is enjoyable.
Thank you for choosing Diegos and taking time to write a review. I really appreciate the input we are always open to learning new ways to hold a great experience. Thank you More
This little gem in Grass Valley is so representative of this area. With the funky decor, mismatched dishes, and everything organic and local, it's a great place to go with friends or on a date. Diego's is the kind of place that you usually see in the movies: the very notion makes you sentimental, yet once the film is over you realize it was only fiction. Except in this case, it really does exist. From the almost shack-like exterior to the mismatched tables and chairs, Diego's atmosphere prepares you for a cultural experience as much... More
The atmosphere at this quirky little place is wonderful. The staff were really the nicest I've ever experienced. We told them we were thinking of moving to the area and we got so many tips on what to do an where to go. I felt like we'd love the town. And the food. First off, it's not Mexican. It's Chilean... I thought I was going to a typical Mexican restaurant. It's not that at all, not even a little. The menu is very unique, even the free bread rolls are different...I could have easily eaten a couple dozen. I've gotten different meals the few times I've been there, and the have all been very good. It's decorated pretty cool too,... More
