It so happens we have an appointment every month nearby so, over the last few years, we have eaten dinner at La Rosa Blanca at least on twenty-four different occasions. While not fancy, every meal has been delicious, nicely presented and a very good value. The menu lists "typical Mexican dishes" but every item is well prepared and served in... More

This is just a good Mexican restaurant hands down. We come here at least once a month , and many times more than that, and always get a good meal, fast service, cold beer, and smiles. Good selection and good food what more can you ask for .

This is a family run restaurant which I've frequented for both lunch and dinner. Accommodations are a bit rustic but the food is reasonably priced and tasty. Service is generally good, though there is normally only one waitress (and a helper) dashing about trying to take care of everyone at once. I recommend this for very informal meals, with acquaintances... More

Truly, this is a place where, if you like pinto beans, you should visit if you're a fan of overpriced meals laden with overburdening amounts of sides. Yes, the enchilda sauce was tasty, but that was about the only redeeming quality of my Combination No. 7 dish. For $33, my wife and I had two meals and two beers, and... More

We use to go here at least once a week but we do not go here anymore. The food has lost its flavor and is really bland. The service use to be top notch, now you are lucky to get a refill without having to flag down someone. This isn't the first time and is now a common theme there.... More

Very good service, great salsa, very good carnitas (and large enough serving to be lunch the next day). Live music on Friday nights and a frequent diner card - buy 10 get one free! There is also outdoor dining. Looking forward to dining there again!

Not impressed, average in taste, presentation and cost. Ordered their Carne Asada; meat tough, over cooked. Complimentary chips and salsa(tasty and well seasoned). Pork entree was dry and lack seasoning.

During a one-night stopover in Folsom prior to riding the American River Parkway, I asked a local to recommend a restaurant and she came up with a gem. La Rosa Blanca is less than half a mile from Old Town where the majority of travelers hang out. The food was delicious; more than ample in quantity and bargain-priced. The fajitas... More

We love to come here and eat whenever we're in the mood for Mexican food. The service has always been wonderful, and no complaints about the food either. The waitress was wonderful, on top of things, and interacted with our kids. My husband loves the chicken/ beef fajitas, it comes with so much food. I tried a bean, rice, and cheese... More

We've always eaten at the La Rosa on Fulton but wanted a change tonight. It was wonderful. Service was great. Food was great. They had a lady there singing and that was great also. Our only issue is the address on TripAdvisor is wrong. It's on Natoma Street, not Natoma Station.
