The Sierra takes on an entirely different ambience in the evening. The bustle of the day gives way to a more calm demeanor. The wait staff helpfully shares their insights on the entrees and any of the accompaniments.

We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast during our stay last weeked. Very nice presentation of a southwest-style food selection.

We ate here twice during our stay - for breakfast both times. The buffet was quite good. You need a waiter in order to get anything to drink though, including coffee. The first day we were there, I finally got up and started looking around for one, but to no avail! I ended up going to the hospitality desk and... More

Great variety of food on the buffet. Raisin bread French toast was really good, lots of fruit, cereals and oatmeal, eggs, etc. We came late at 11:00 am, so food had been out for a while. Next time we will try to get there earlier. We live locally and there is a 10% discount if you tell them that. A... More

It would be better if they could alter the dinner menu occasionally. For breakfast there is a choice eating from main menu or buffet.

The café was very nice and the service was exceptional. The food was served promptly and hot. The serving portions were on the large side and very good.

We ate the buffet breakfast. Food selection was average. Food was good. Of course, you needed a reservation for a table. Waitress was very poor - charged us for the meal when it was a part of the room package I purchased. ugh.

In short - don't bother for dinner, eat at Jackalopes. For breakfast - take your chances, when it's good it's great, when it's bad it's awful. We ate here for dinner once and breakfast twice. For dinner my husband had steak, which he said was good. I had gnocchi, where the tomato sauce tasted like something I would knock up... More
