I can't enough of Porto's and happened to be in Downey today. The restaurant was jammed at Noon for lunch but they move people through quite rapidly! Their potato balls are to die for and the Cuban sandwich is the best! AWESOME FOOD HERE!

We ordered a tuna croissant, corn soup, and creme brulee. They were very delicious and reasonably priced. I stop by the cafe onece or twice a week and hardly ever become disappointed with their food or services.
