All of the chickens and ducks we use are free-range and cage-free. We purchase them from mary’s farm in the san joaquin valley, a third-generation, family-owned and operated farm. The birds are fed a vegetarian diet and raised and processed naturally - no antibiotics, additives, hormones, or preservatives. All of the chicken dishes below are made with white meat chicken.

We are frequent diners at Rendezvous in Del Mar. The variety and quality are consistently good...best in the area. The beer and wine list is deep. Especially enjoyable is the early diner set up at reduced costs.
