The place is desperately in need of a remodel. Fish and chips were tasty, but nothing to rave about. Drinks and food are overpriced. Service was ok. I'm in no hurry to return.

I ordered beef wellington. Meat quality is not good. Other food is OK, but the decor not only is old fashioned, it's just old and need remodeling

The Duke of Edinburgh offers a British pub experience in the suburbs. Their beers were authentic and they offered a cider as well. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit, but if you're in the area, it's a good place to get a pint.

Place has character but I wish they did up the place a little more given that it is in the heart of Silicon Valley. It's smelly most days and service can be hit or miss. Good selection of beers and whiskey. A late evening find. Food is not great.

Traditional pub European style. Service is ok. Mostly regulars and friends of bar staff come here, which keeps them rather pre occupied and you end up having to wait for a drink or to pay... They have a jukebox and that's a plus:)

Me and my hubby come here some Saturdays, have a harps and fish n chips and sit and chat. Its never overly crowded, and its just an old funky calm place to sit and hang out for a bit. A little louder if a games on, but no big deal. The fish n chips are awesome. But that's all we... More

Went here on a Sunday, 6/5/16, a party of four, spur of the moment type thing. "She who MUST BE obeyed," was born, raised in London, and I've been in quite a few pubs, myself now, from Kent, to Liverpool, so we're both surprised and pleased, with the authentic, ambiance, and the food and beer choices. I had a bulldog... More

My hubby being British, we have been coming here for more than a decade. Nothing about it has changed much, except the surrounding neighborhood, which is now the future apple spaceship-like headquarter. The deco is cozy & dark, very appropriate atmosphere for a British pub. Drink is good but the food is not, another classic trait of a Brit pub.... More

I had high hopes for this place before walking in. They were dashed almost immediately. The restaurant stinks of stale beer that has been spilled countless times, or perhaps its from the bathrooms, I'm just not sure. Anyways, I had the Shepherds Pie, and while it was tasty, it left me unfulfilled. Unlike most Shepherds Pie dishes I've had, the... More

the usual range of drinks in a comfortable pub. The food is ok, not great, but then you don't go to the pub to eat, do you?
