Enjoyed lunch here with the family. The kids loved their PB&J sandwiches and the husband and I really liked our chicken salad sandwiches. A great selection of tea's.

We were told by several people around the area to try this place, and we were not disappointed. It is not a very large place, but set in an old building and operates much like a tea house would in the 1850's. Lace tablecloths with tea service at each table, dozens of teas to choose from, and homemade bread and... More

Went in not knowing what to expect. A friend told me about it so I took my husband there for a birthday lunch. To our surprise, a vegan soup was being offered. That never happens to us. We aren't too vegan anymore, but vegetarian. Plenty of choices for vegetarian. Food was fabulous, tea was tremendous (love the orange almond roiboos)... More

My Lady and I celebrated 59 Valentine's Days at Kate's Teahouse. We were treated royally by our excellent server and by Clare, who happens to now be the proprietor... We had a great meal with fantastic tea in a very special environment........... We shall return....Mack and Marilynn

We had a splendid meal and the house tea. The vege quiche, salad and scones were top notch. Lovely setting for such a rainy day. The town offers lots of photo opportunities too.

Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh, from quiche and soup to salads (their selection of salads is huge, making it really hard to choose from, - we had a "hidden treasures" and chicken salads). The tea was superb, of course, both hot and iced. Didn't mind the wait - they were pretty busy during the Christmas break. Very cute... More

This was a lovely lunch spot for us in a very low key setting but made with taste. The food was delicious and cheap. We would definitely recommend it.

The place is charming and the food is homemade and fresh. The bread is so good. Service was a bit slow and few low cost choices. No kids menu and my granddaughter had a hard time finding something she liked.

My daughter and I had a lovely late lunch here. The waiter was new and somewhat uncertain, but he was trying really hard. The food is delicious and fresh. And the selection of teas can't be beat. Prices are a little high, I suppose, but worth it for the quality of the food.
