Dinner, dancing, live band, nice atmosphere, wonderful staff, and great food! My husband and I love it here! Many great memories we have made at the Galley!

This place is a decent lunch stop if you're in the Chula Vista marina area. If you get the fish & chips, bring your appetite! The portions are tremendous - as is the taste.

This place has a neiborhood-y feel. A lot of the marina or RV people frequent it. It's not new or shiny but it's a restaurant at the marina! The boats, the water, the sunset. Thursday is my favorite day to go. The fish and chips plate are huge and I can barely get through one plate, but they are good... More

This place has the best fish and chips in all of San Diego. Service is good the staff is pleasant. It has a reasonable happy hour and a nice view of the marina. On weekends there is live music and it can be a fun place to go and hang out.

We were staying at the Chula Vista RV resort and walked over to the Galley restaurant for one dinner and one breakfast. They have specials each night of the week and a happy hour. Outside seating has lovely views of the Chula Vista Marina and plenty of heating lamps to keep you warm. We have never dined inside this restaurant,... More

Breakfast was fast, good (French toast). Live music if you enjoy that but more cigarette smoke than we are used to. Saturday morning flea market in the parking lot was interesting in a nautical way- no surprise there.

Galley at the marina is a casual dining experience in open areas exposed to the elements. There is a nice bar area w/ bar stools and a few small tables for dining. I used the bar area and found it to be pleasant and less noisy as compared to the open seating area. I had a small lunch and the... More

The owner is a rude monster. Hates children, will sit you in the back corner if you show up with a family. Just a horrible person with no respect for family and customer's. Food not worth the abuse from her.

Great place to chill after a long day at work, or in my case hours traveled. I went to San Diego to surprise my great friend, that is her cool down place, know to many as her "office". Always sits in the same corner :-) The owner, a very nice lady, loves to go around to welcome her customers, nice... More
