Particularly good if you like spicy food and want to have different levels of intensity within your party. Watching it assembled and cooked in front of you is a charm. Staff always happy to advise.

I would say the food is great here. Especially the House Pan Roast of any combination is a must try. As for how spicy you want, its all based on your liking.

Get the Gumbo it's the best. It doesn't matter which one you get chicken or seafood. You will not be disappointed

Tasty and freshly made in front of you. Seems very healthy because it's not greasy. Made in a boiling pot right in front of you.

Hello, We're a sit down restaurant, serving beer & wine, and some wine based mix drinks. We do not have a private room to host group parties, as our capacity is only 55 or so. Sincerely, The Boiler SKC

Modeled after Las Vegas' Oyster Bar, dishes are prepared in cooking kettles at a U-shaped counter in front of you. Sauces are made daily by scratch so that spices can be tailored to your specific liking. High-pressured steam is pushed through pipes onto your dish at 280-307 degrees so it simmers evenly and without the chance of overcooking. The Boiler is currently the only Cajun/Creole restaurant in the Inland Valley, which opened in 2009. It is the destination on the horizon at The Commons mall in Chino Hills.
