My husband and I ate at Mi Casita last night. The very sweet hostess, whom I imagine was the owner, was delightful to deal with. Our food was ample and very tasty as well as piping hot.

Very nice Mexican place on the Main Street. We ordered beef fajitas and fiesta salad. Both were humongous! Had leftovers for lunch the next day. The place is simple, family run, very friendly and easy going atmosphere.

Chester is a small Northern California community with a few eateries, one of which is this delightful small mexican restaurant located on the left hand side of the street as you enter Chester from HYW 89 N. The atmosphere is quaint, cozy and welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful. The menu has a nice selection and the food is... More

I dont know what are you people thinking giving it 3-4 starts. The food is absolutely horrible. No flavor, with crapy ingredients. The worst Mexican food Ive ever had. I knew this as soon I stepped my food in the door. Tried a bit and left.....Im not going to settle for food like that.

Decent Mexican food with humongous portions. If you're hungry, get one on the burritos - my husband ordered the Chile Colorado Burrito and it had to weigh well over a pound. Chile relleno was a bit on the greasy side but chicken enchilada was good.

Very good chile rellenos. Abundant cheese in the cheese enchilada. Good chips and very good salsa Reasonable prices. The Monday we visited in August found the restaurant quite busy. It was a lot of work for the waitress. She was friendly and working hard but was not able to deliver any personal or even timely service because she had more... More

We enjoyed fresh and tasty Mexican dishes on both dining visits to this restaurant. Food was well prepared and quickly served by friendly staff. We noticed they serve breakfast as well but have not tried that yet.

For the people who found the food to be delicious what can I say. The food had no flavor, needed salt, and needed to be cooked. I ordered a Chile Rellano and it was cold. Not warm or lukewarm just plain cold. The cheese was not even melted inside of it. If I had to guess I would say that... More

We eat here when we are in Chester and want a quick meal. It is ok, and in town. The servers are fine, the salsa would be better fresh. The chile rellino was tired, not much flavor... I have enjoyed their pork chile burritos on prior visits... Maybe I'm fussy...
