We visited Cello's for the first time, with friends who winter here and love the restaurant. Everything was superb...the food, the atmosphere, the music! I highly recommend the carrot cake.

My daughter visits me each year in the Coachella Valley "Season" from Oct-April, and we always have dinner here at least once per visit. We dined at Cello's two days ago (2/8/16) and the experience was as satisfying as our first visit some years ago. My daughter is a great "foodie", and even she, with her exacting standards, loved the... More

We had good service on a quiet evening. Everything was good but the beef stroganoff is magic! The $20 prix fixe is a great value- soup or salad, entree and dessert. On the prix fixe, Chicken Parmesan was the stand-out. The short ribs were excellent too.

Really enjoyed my first time visit to Cello's Restaurant in Cathedral City. Wonderful menu with an extensive selection of bistro / American / comfort food. All menu items are locally sourced, and made from scratch from recipes developed by their own chef. A very nice selection of tasty appetizers. The shrimp cocktail was perfect. Nice salad selections, and daily soup... More

A group of 6 had a great meal here. The food was generally very good. The beet salad, onion soup, chicken parmigiana, veal milanese along with a pork and white bean cassoulet were all given high marks. The short ribs were a large portion of meat that had been cooked to falling apart. Unfortunately, it had very little flavor. I... More

Cello's is an upscale neighborhood restaurant in a strip mall at the edge of Cathedral City, next to Rancho Mirage, and a favorite of locals for good reason. Innovative cuisine and first rate service, with good art on the walls. Dining room is not inexpensive, but the bar menu offers great value for a limited set of interesting dishes. Try... More

Cello's remains our "go to" restaurant for our annual arrival night in Palm Springs. We arrived a day or so just before last Thanksgiving holiday. It's like an old friend, something you can rely upon for consistently great food and good service. Wife and I also like that we can arrive at 5pm (we like to eat dinner early) without... More

This restaurant was suggested by two friends who are locals, so we met them there. Their suggestion was based upon the fact that the PS Film Festival is happening, and everything in PS would be packed. Cello's is in a strip mall, but don't let that keep you away - it's been decorated nicely (martini pendant lights, white table cloths,... More

Ordered Pasta. Could not eat it. Asked waitress if the chef just opened a can of tomato sauce and poured it over the pasta. She replied "yes" that's how we do it. So over priced for what you get. Food quality below average and service was not friendly either.
