I have been coming here for many years, situated on the beach. Average breakfast and Bloody Mary's were fine.. Good place to grab a quick bite.. Calamari is usually quite tasty and price is not to expensive.

Not a lot to choose from for breakfast with great ocean views. Zelda's was a great choice since they had weekend brunch with a greater variety to choose from. The Benedict's looked amazing but had the Greek ahi salad, best ahi salad I've every had. Spicy Mary was a must have and didn't disappoint.
Stopped by on my day off for fish tacos. Got the outdoor seating with an umbrella - due to the overflight of birds. Good service, friendly advice, and the fish tacos were worthwhile yet not the best I've had. I think you will enjoy the excellent views and setting.
Managed to catch happy hour on a glorious afternoon. Sat on the outside terrace overlooking the sea. Half price drinks: first class. Half price appetisers: pulled pork sliders - excellent! Chicken tenders - excellent! Chips and sauce - they're not chips they were crisps - not wort $4. Nachos with all trimmings - same crisps with beans on - definitely... More
There are so many great restaurants in the Capitola area, but we thought we would give Zelda's another try. We should have sat outdoors in the patio, but it was pretty hot, so we sat inside. We had brunch. The special of the day was waffles with strawberries and my husband said it was pretty good, but that's all it... More
Nicest Mexican food I've ever had, fresh, superb ingredients, low on the gloop and cheese-n-oil overdose and high on flavour. Add to that a great sea view and efficient service, and what's not to like? Stroll the pier and admire the seals resting on the cross-braces below before you leave
Fun , friendly atmosphere. You can watch your favorite sports program on the big screens or absorb the beach and water scene out the huge windows. Excellent food altho a little pricey. Clam chowder and fried calamari was very good. Lots of good beer choices.
We like Zelda's by the beach sitting outdoor. Early dinner after 4:30pm is great. Thursday is special for lobsters. About a pound, but excellent value. Coconut cheese cake is great too, more than enough for two to share.
