We visit French Corner Bakery every time we visit Cambria. Their scones and croissants are so fresh and delicious and the staff are very welcoming and friendly! A “do not miss” gem in Cambria!

We bought a bear claw and apple turnover, which were both fresh with flaky crusts and generous fillings. We also bought a package of Russian tea cookies...which were heavenly! This is a wonderful gem of a bakery.

We visited Cambria in April 2017 and didn't get the chance to visit the French Corner Bakery. They were closed for renovations and repairs after an accident. So this time in Cambria, we made a point to stop in and pick up some pasties. We...More

After a two day/one night trip to see the Hearst Castle and the Elephant Seals, we stopped for something to eat before our 4 hour ride north. We found a gem in this little corner bakery. Being from the Philly area, I had the Philly...More

Service was fast, pastries and baguettes are fresh and tasty, coffee was good. Was even able to parallel park in front of the store. This end of Cambria obviously gets less traffic coming off PCH, but it is worth coming here for a quick, satisfying...More

This is a delightful way to start your morning whether you choose to jockey for a seat or pick up your coffee and danish and head to the beach. The nicest part--they open early for those of us who can't wait to start our day....More

I would go here again when in the area; the bakery items were excellent! My husband loved their ham and cheese crossiant. I loved their chocolate croissant!

TRASERDESIGNINC - Not sure why you left them a one star review just because you were inconvenienced that they were not open. Yes - a drunk plowed into their restaurant leaving MAJOR damage. They've been working on repairing the damage for months. It wasn't their fault and they should not be reviewed badly because of something that was totally out of their control! One star reviews are for restaurants that perform terribly (and should probably be shut down). Giving this restaurant a one star review when they have been getting 4-5 stars only brings their total score down and drops them lower on the list of Cambria restaurants - - - - - which will also hurt their business. Maybe you don't get how the reviews work. You should review on service, food and experience - not on the fact that they were closed when you wanted to visit - especially when it was something that could not be helped. I don't work here or know anyone that does. I've been here a few times on my annual visits to Cambria. Just think your review was very unfair!
