We were three. Shecsaw us getting 8n and muttered "just a second". So we waited. Then she finished handling a customer, then we waived her and she wouldn't notice. Then she handled the bills of the last day or month. Wecwere still waiting to be seated. Then we understood. Then we left. Don't go there, please. Don't.

Visiting from the San Francisco Bay Area, we were surprised it wasn't more busy on Cinco de Mayo. Trying to get a drink at the bar was difficult...there was one bartender not really paying attention and wait staff who completely ignore the bar. But once we were seated at a table the waitress was friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere with... More

This is the first time we took our small dog with us on vacation. We were looking for pet friendly places and were in the mood for Mexican food. We sat in the good sized patio and they got a bowl of water for our dog. I had a Margarita that was good and strong. The food was homemade and... More

Stopped in at Las Cambritas for a late lunch. The margaritas were potent (good thing an afternoon nap was on the schedule), and the chicken quesadillas delicious (and so massive carted away half to eat another day). Lovely service, attentive. All in all a good choice.

The web page for Las Cambritas clearly states that they serve "our version of Mexican food" To me this would remove any validity to the previous reviews which complained of lack of authenticity. My wife and a friend took me here for my 73rd birthday lunch. What I found was a clean restaurant with well trained servers and a menu... More

Went back the Las Cambritas because we enjoyed it a lot the first time. The food is still very good - good quality. Shredde beed tacos, carnitas Nachos - both were very good with lots of meat. We over ordered, however... one of these dinners would have filled both us. With this in mind, this restaurant is a good deal.... More

Stopped in for mid week family dinner. Good food. Try the fried fish taco deconstructed. Really good. Chips are okay. Salsa es muy picante. Margaritas are spendy at $11 each.

We found the food tasty, the waitresses pleasant and enjoyed the live Spanish guitar music that night.

We are locals living in Atascadero about 30 minutes from Cambria and hardly ever visit. We decided to get away locally and stopped into Cambria to look at antiques but we're getting hungry and decided that a late lunch would be perfect. Las Cambritas sounded good. They had a local live band out on the patio enjoying a Sunday without... More

We were craving the Mexican food on our recent stay in Cambria and stumbled upon this restaurant after realizing that our usual joint Medusas (fabulous, hole in the wall place with fresh and tasty food!) was closed. When we walked in and sat down in this fairly large place, we realized that there is absolutely no aroma of Mexican food... More
