What a blessing it is to have this new restaurant in Camarillo! I have never had a disappointing meal at Basil and Mint. A wonderful menu, with pictures to help and an enthusiastic staff that knows about what they are serving! Daily specials offer more for returning guests but it is hard not to order one's favorite fish of pho,... More

It's not easy to find Basil & Mint--it's tucked back almost out of sight in this little mall. Fortunately, we were seeing a movie at the Paseo Camarillo, and found this on TripAdvisor, or I'd have never known it was there. My granddaughter and I both ordered the phô, and split an appetizer portion of the pork belly buns. The... More

Delicious pho! We ordered chicken, shrimp and beef pho. All are yummy! Service is good too. The deep fried wanton is a must-try!

My regular pho restaurant was closed on Tuesdays and I was in the mood for pho, so I searched out Basil & Mint. The filet mignon pho was excellent, with a rich, flavorful broth and tender beef. The only thing keeping me from rating it 5 stars is that the fresh condiments served on the side were a little sparse... More

This restaurant has been nicely renovated with an open space setting inside and is a nice dining experience. It does a brisk business and this is reflective of the good food and service. Definitely worth a try if your like Pho food.

There are so many dishes we enjoy at Basil & Mint, it's difficult to pick favorites. This is one of the few restaurants where I like so many things that I don't order the same thing every time. The spring rolls (nem nurong cuon) are always light and refreshing. The grilled chicken skewers are delicious. The lettuce wraps (salad cuon)... More

So far this is the best Vietnamese eats I've found in Ventura County. The Pho broth was so flavorful and the egg rolls were very good. I loved that they came with the lettuce and mint to wrap around them. We also tried the Vietnamese crepe and although a little different than I'm used to, it was delicious. The price... More

We enjoyed two meals here. It was reasonably priced and delicious. The staff was courteous and helpful. There was a covered veranda.

Husband and I split a meal which included soup, rice and 2 main dishes. The waiter was attentive and explained everything on the menu. Very flavorful food, we enjoyed it.
