Our group of four had dinner here on a Friday evening. We arrived at 5 PM and were seated immediately. By 6 PM every table was full with a wait list. The service was EXCELLENT provided by Anna K. Tow folks had the Jaeger Schnitzel...and they were happy with it. One person had the Haus Reuben and they were happy with it as well. I ordered the Haus Schnitzel and while it was ok, it was nothing special and I would not order it again. The side dishes of Spaetzli and red cabbage were very good.More

The House is located on a side road to Calimesa Blvd., in a strip mall, opposite Stare Bros. The inclusion of 'bistro' generally means inflated prices and this was no exception. Service was friendly and prompt. We had a good house burger, skillet steak and...the Jägerschnitzel. The Schnitzel was a fair facsimile of what it should be and it came with red kraut, well prepared and not out of a can. They have a fairly rare type of pilsner, 'Kölsch', on tap, but it was pretty bland. Better have their bottled imported dark German beer. The decor is full speed make believe 'European', mockingly focused on a French theme, while serving up Teutonic food. The background music, thankfully no too loud, matched the pretentious name and decor, being American contemporary crooning.More

This is a wonderful restaurant with everything made fresh. I attended a tasting event here and was able to try many dishes with pork, chicken, fish, prosciutto, lamb chops and turkey. The dishes were presented well and tasted wonderful! The desserts were delicious and so...good! I cannot recommend trying this unique restaurant and it's perfect combinations of flavors!More

We saw this place on Facebook and decided to give it a try for a late lunch and really enjoyed the experience. We tried the cheese /olive/meat plate, the citrus stake salad and chicken something or other and we were very pleased. The wait staff...were friendly and the food very tasty and we were so pleased we have added to our weekly/bi-weekly list. I will add that we went back a week later and the food was considerably different so I assume there was a different cook or they were missing a few essentials. Nonetheless we again enjoyed the experience, again. For those that wonder this was a Isabella”s for a while a few years back, but we like it better as this venue.More

This is a nicer place in a strip mall. Great soup. Ok schnitzel. Same sides on different entrees which were ok. Probably don’t order the steak. Did not see a children’s menu. A little overpriced. $5 Woodbridge house wine.

If you want to try something new & very uniquely tasty, the food here is "Exceptional"! This new restaurant has filled a void in our dining experience of not being the same old thing whenever we dine out (here in the Yucaipa/Calimesa area. Service is...very good and meeting the "owner", plus the Chef, is like having a family experience too. We highly recommend The Haus Bistro (loved the Food, can't say that enough)!More

We have been to Haus Bistro for lunch but finally got to try it for dinner. We were not disappointed. The food is excellent and the service was also. My wife had the Schnitzel and I had the Lemon Chicken Scaloppini. Both were outstanding and...the sauce on the Lemon Chicken Scaloppini was one of the best that I can remember. The dishes came with a choice of soup or salad. We both had soup and enjoyed it very much. I agree with one of the other reviews that it can be a bit loud since the decor is comprised of hard furnishings. However we did not find it objectionable. Additionally the hours are very quirky so make sure you check if they are open before you go. Haus Bistro is a great local dining addition and well worth the visit. Can't wait to go back.More

When I first walked into this restaurant, I thought that the ambiance was trendy and eclectic. There's a charming crystal chandelier and a few pieces of antique furniture that you see just inside the door. The large and bright dining room is not overcrowded with...tables. I love the wall of six clocks. That's a nice touch. My husband and I ordered from the lunch menu. My Jaeger schnitzel came with a golden mashed potato side, fresh greens beans, and a roasted broccoli and cheddar soup. The schnitzel was a generous portion and was topped with a mushroom sauce. My husband enjoyed his grilled steak on a bed of arugula lettuce with feta cheese and mandarin orange slices tossed with a vinegar and oil dressing. There's a few choices of dessert to choose from, but we were too full to try anything. Our waiter was attentive, and my only negative was a wobbly chair. For the Calimesa area, this is a really nice restaurant to frequent.More

Food is so good, service excellent, employees very accommodating. Can’t wait to go back. This kind of place is what we need. The only negative is that it is loud. Still a great experience.
