This is our go-to Burmese place. We like the low-key, family-friendly atmosphere. Service is attentive and the food is very tasty.

This is the spot for good Burmese food in Burlingame. Have to try this place for your asian food rotation in the Burlingame area. Long time favorite and in great active downtown location. It is a small place, usually busy or crowded and on tough street to park so plan a bit ahead to either wait or go at good... More

We have only had takeouts but well worth it. Very tasty and not greasy. Lots of variety on the menu but no prices so before you know it, the bill is high.

If you have had Burmese food, if you haven't but want to, or if you want to extend your Asian food repertoire, try this place. It is homey and has nice service and some delicious dishes. Suitable for couples, families, or solo diners.

Very good food here with reasonable prices. It is in the heart of Burlingame so parking is a real problem. Often crowded so be prepared to wait.

Mingalaba in Burlingame was my first introduction to Burmese food. A small restaurant but it was packed throughout the evening. I would advise you to make a reservation if you do not want to wait for a table. Service good and the food was outstanding! We ordered several dishes for the table to share and could taste a variety of... More

Its amazing that the Bay Area has so many burmese restaurants, but I'm not complaining. Its a great place, convenient to meet friends from the city if you're down in the South Bay. Food and service are both good. We got the rainbow salad last time and the paratha with curry sauce Both were very good.

A very good choice for dinner within a decent Uber/cab ride from the SFO airport hotels. Quality was excellent, price good, and service nice. The Burmese beef curry was very good - not to hot and with flavorful spices. Highly recommended.

The food at Mingalaba is expertly prepared. I have favored the Burmese dishes (instead of offered Chinese dishes), and have not been disappointed. The Tea Leaf salad is delightful, as well as the soups, curries, noodles and rice dishes. Love the way they lovingly cook vegetables ~ perfect textures. The only down side is it's really popular so sometimes there's... More

We ate here 3 times, once for a late lunch and 2 take out meals. Each time the food was delicious, different and beautifully colorful and presented. We enjoyed every dish, especially the coconut rice and all of the shrimp and tofu curry dishes. The mango salad was also particularly delicious.
