EAT 'n PARK is one of those rare finds from a bygone era were the restaurants were family-friendly, simple in design and the food came in big portions at modest prices. The food here is delicious. The portions are large and the service is fast and friendly. It's a popular spot with locals. It's the place to go where it... More

Outstanding breakfast menu with many choices, and all very reasonably priced. The coffee is wonderful and fresh and plenty of it. The food was excellent and quickly served by a very nice server. I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable patio with no wait for breakfast. The food was fresh, good and just enough. It was reasonably priced and the service was great. Very quick and attentive.

i have been coming here for over 20 years and me and my family love this place. It is not glamorous or some trendy spot just good food a good portions. I 1 person omelet is huge and they do a great corned beef hash.

It used to be really great (5-star good), they "remodeled" and now it's only 3-star good. Not sure what happened; portions are still large, but the quality has gone down. Too bad, because for years it was on the top of our short list for great breakfast joints in Burbank. Oh, well.

Has a nice homey dinner feel. Interesting entertainment posters on the wall. Friendly, fast service. Sandwiches were good, nothing big or real unusual. It hit the spot. Fair prices. Oh, you can park right outside.

Simple menu, good, quick, hot and ample American fare. Nothing too surprising here, has cute feel of diner you'd find in any town, USA. Options for omelets good, menu lists price for each as "for one" or "for two." Omelets for one are 4-egg, for two are 6-egg! We split veggie omelet for one, substituted provolone, no charge for split... More

Let me start by saying that I ate at this place as a child. Since then it had changed ownership, and appeared to really turn into a dive, looking quite dirty etc., and none of us who used to eat there ever went after that. However, on one occasion, my companion and I decided to give it a try because... More
