We stopped for a toastie on Sunday, when the weather was chilly with a biting wind. We waited a long time for our food and became cold waiting. The waitress explained they had less staff than normal and apologised for our wait, gave us our...coffees on the house and offered us more free drinks. I am giving 5 stars because sometimes these things happen but the way it was handled made a world of difference. Everyone should take a leaf out of that waitress's book. Great attitude. The toastie when it came was also very good as were our coffees. Will return when next in the area. So pleased to experience a level of service that seems to be completely missing in most places these days. Well done Broch Cafe.More

A warm welcome on a chilly day! Thanks so much for making us all (adults, kids and dogs!) welcome. Great coffee and cakes to refuel on a bike ride. Thanks so much. We’ll be back!

We took some sandwiches for our cycle. Very tasty. Despite disrupting the breakfast making we served very quickly and with a smile.

Lovely little cafe , dog friendly with lovely polite and attentive staff . My partner and I dropped in with our two dogs following a hike nearby . We opted for a cream tea and it didn’t disappoint! The scones were lovely and I particularly...liked the homemade rhubarb jam ! It was great . The staff came out with biscuits for the dogs as well . We will be returning . It’s a hidden gem!More

Cycled to the Broch Cafe from Callander on Cycle Route 7. The coffee was excellent (made strong as requested) and had a lovely crema - a sign that it was well-made. Well it made me cycle back a couple of days later for another fix....Staff twisted my arm to have a fruit scone on my second visit - glad they did - that too was perfectMore

Great food and service just a little on the pricy side. Had a full Scottish breakfast which was very good. Only downside is you need to go inside to reorder another cup if you want to top up your tea or coffee as no table...service. That is probably a covid thing. Otherwise very happy and a great place to hang out and watch everything go by.More

Simple menu but delicious food that is good quality, freshly made and good value too. Visited as a passing traveler and so glad we did. Between us we had a soup, panini, child’s sandwich, millionaires slice, coffee and walnut cake. Latte and hot chocolate were...very very good too. Staff were so welcoming and friendly despite being so busy. We were offered a high chair and anything we wanted from the main menu in a child’s portion for our little girl. Cafe was clean and tables spaced out with partition screens too, so felt covid-safe. Clean toilets and baby changing facilities. Lovely setting in queen elizabeth forest park. Would recommend and would definitely return.More

Welcoming staff on arrival which is a good sign. Ordered breakfast which came with toast and a portion of marmalade, which we hadn't ordered but loved. Only a few inside tables and gets really busy so would recommend going early to ensure you get a...seat inside. Plenty of outside seating. You can book just ask for a business card when you call in. Sadly we didn't get chance to return due to illness. Well worth a visit. Toilets nice and clean.More

We stopped for food on a circular trip of the Trossachs. One of us needs gf&df food and the other df. The staff were extremely helpful in getting us something we could eat and we really appreciated it. The food was delicious.
