This restaurant has a popular location near the seaside/beach with people walking past all day - easy for tourists to stop here for a meal. We chose this place once, sitting outdoor. We had meat (chops and entrecot) with water and beer served in iced glasses. The portions were large and satisfying. For us the staff was friendly and giving... More

This is a normal restaurant, very well maintained. Front row to the beach. Food is good. Very expensive and not worth the price.

On the outskirts of the restaurant area, is Pedro Madruga. One of the major seafood restaurants. Very friendly staff, who take their job serious, to service customers. We were there on a lunch and ate seafood. The shrimp we got was not fresh when we complained, they immediately exchanged for another dish. The crab was awesome, but expensive to be... More

We chose this restaurant as we had seen diners at lunch time eating food which looked quite good. The service was surly and abrupt, the starter of iberico ham and mixed galician cheeses was meagre, only 2 different cheeses and poor quality ham. The sea bass I had for main course was ok and my husband had monkfish stew which... More

My wife and I had dinner here on a Saturday evening. It is probably more a lunchtime venue than a dinner menu so few table were taken which meant we had a nice table outside. The service was good and friendly with the menu heavily biased towards fish and seafood. Portion sizes are big, and frankly my starter of mixed... More

We ate here one evening on our recent stay in Baiona. The restaurant looked the part with its seafood on ice outside the front but we were very disappointed with the food. We wanted clams or zamburinas but since they didn't have either we were forced to settle for mussels in sauce. These were disappointing and flavourless. My wife chose... More

Very well located, good premises, good food, and decent wine prices... but they cheat you on the price (seafood goes by weight). Deceiving, you tend to get furious when you feel this, it spolis your meal. Better if you imagine that the price is higher, and enjoy your meal. Good to have the "menu del dia" (meal of the day).

The "croquetas" were the frozen type that you can get from the supermarket. The "jamón ibérico" was poorly cut and extremely salty. It took almost 1 hour to bring the main dish after the appetizers (and the restaurant was half empty). But don't worry, you will still pay a premium for all these wonders ... It was the first lunch... More
